Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals for a Manager - IT Audit role. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct support and coaching to our engagement teams, enhancing audit quality by offering real-time assistance and guidance.

The Second line of defense (2LoD) team plays a crucial role in helping the team deliver an audit that meets relevant professional standards. As a Manager - IT Audit, you will work closely with the 2LOD leader and audit quality leadership on various matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review documentation related to the 2LoD focus areas and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Coach the engagement team from the beginning to the end of the engagement lifecycle, focusing on the 2LoD areas.
  • Challenge the team's planned audit approach in the areas of focus.
  • Support the team in understanding how to apply audit requirements and guidance.
  • Communicate the status of engagements/reviews to the engagement partner and 2LOD leader on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with 2LOD leads or audit quality leadership on audit quality matters.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in IT Audit.
  • Prior experience in client-facing/account management roles.
  • Strong domain knowledge, understanding of business processes, and possible risks in operations of at least two industry sectors.
  • Consistent display of leadership skills.
  • Experience in process consulting/internal audit/risk consulting at a project manager level role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours.
  • Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example.
