Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Audit - Associate. This role involves developing an understanding of our audit approach, methodology, and tools. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of auditing and technical accounting.

The successful candidate will execute components of audits under our remote service delivery model efficiently and effectively. They will gain a thorough understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives, and apply this knowledge on engagements.

The individual will demonstrate flexibility and agility in serving clients, follow instructions from seniors, and provide guidance to junior colleagues. They will assist in on-the-job training and coaching of junior staff members.

The role also involves anticipating project issues and taking appropriate measures to resolve them. The candidate will conduct and interact with the US team via Skype to maintain good relationships.

Additionally, they will attend professional development and training sessions regularly and understand and adapt to our corporate culture. They will participate in our buddy program and utilize basic analytical, technical, and accounting skills.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools, exhibit strong interpersonal skills, manage multiple tasks effectively through project management skills, and demonstrate basic people management skills.

They will resolve questions from junior staff members using problem-solving abilities and communicate clearly, both in writing and orally, with senior colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Working knowledge of auditing and technical accounting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
