Job Title: Senior Audit Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the Internal Audit function by identifying risks associated with business objectives and evaluating the controls in place to mitigate those risks.

This involves developing and executing the company's audit plan, participating in internal audits, and performing process walkthroughs to identify key risk & control matrices.

The role also requires conducting audit discussions with business management to identify root causes and obtain sustainable management action plans.

Audit reports will be prepared to effectively communicate findings, and a risk-based test plan will be developed based on professional judgment and departmentally defined internal audit methodology.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the Internal Audit function by identifying risks associated with business objectives and evaluating the controls in place to mitigate those risks.
  2. Develop and execute the company's audit plan, including involving in the day-to-day execution of internal audits.
  3. Perform process walkthroughs to identify key risk & control matrices.
  4. Conduct audit discussions with business management to identify root causes and obtain sustainable management action plans.
  5. Prepare concise and informative audit reports to effectively communicate findings.
  6. Develop a risk-based test plan based on professional judgment and departmentally defined internal audit methodology.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
