Job Title: Public Relations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective corporate and external communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional internal and external communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our leadership team to deploy effective communication initiatives that meet our organizational goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies
  • Managing social media presence and content
  • Researching, writing, and editing content for various channels
  • Planning and initiating communication initiatives for organizational events
  • Maintaining knowledge of company policies and brand guidelines

You will also be responsible for:

  • Working with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas
  • Assisting in communication from leadership
  • Serving as a facilitator and providing solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes
  • Measuring performance of communication strategies
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ or 8+ years' experience as a communications specialist
  • Experience in copywriting and editing for all platforms
  • Solid understanding of project management principles
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Ongoing organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams
