Senior Technical Documenter Position

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement documentation strategies that align with our business goals.

  • Lead or participate in creating documentation guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Participate in establishing web publication guidelines, conduct audits, and certifications, or manage project timelines
  • Review and edit material authored by others
  • Design and develop technical project artifacts, manuals, presentations, training materials, and complex web content
  • Complete quality control assessments of the work performed by your team
  • Recommend and document business processes and best practices, identifying gaps and offering alternatives
  • Serve as a team lead or escalation point
  • Provide guidance to less experienced writers
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Experience evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems, and internal controls
  • Knowledge of various content management systems

  • Comprehensive understanding of business procedure writing and change management methodology
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Audit and quality check experience
  • Reporting knowledge with technical skills
