Marketing Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead the strategic planning and execution of our Indian marketing initiatives.

This role will involve developing and implementing day-to-day marketing activities across various channels and platforms, creating go-to-market strategies, tracking and driving marketing leads through the sales process, monitoring and analyzing marketing program effectiveness, and coordinating marketing activities with other teams.

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and programs that build sales pipeline, nurture leads, and convert to orders.
  • Design and manage marketing events, including campaign analysis, tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous marketing programs in India requiring strategic thinking and high-speed tactical execution.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop, implement, and manage the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies for business units, inclusive of product marketing and segment-focused marketing.
  • Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process and report status/results regularly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with marketing, communications, and sales enablement teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications.
  • Experience in marketing campaign development and event management.
  • Digital marketing and social media marketing experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills in active listening and rapport building at multiple levels of decision makers.
  • Well-developed organizing and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects at any one time.
