Investor Relations Specialist

About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate professional to join our Investor Relations team in a voice process role.

The Role Involves:

  • Direct interaction with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders to provide timely and accurate communication regarding company performance, strategy, and market updates.
  • Handling inbound and outbound voice calls with investors and stakeholders.
  • Providing information about the company's financial performance, market updates, and other relevant investor communication.
  • Supporting investor inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Assisting in organizing investor calls, earnings calls, and quarterly updates.
  • Maintaining records of investor communications in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in voice process / customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI, Investor Relations, or Financial Services.
  • Excellent verbal communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market terminology, and corporate performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Prior experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Financial Communication.
  • Knowledge of stock market regulations, corporate governance.
  • Exposure to CRM tools and call management software.
