We're currently looking for an Analyst/ Team Lead/AM - Marketing Compliance and I think you could be a good fit. Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)/Remote

Job Overview:

  • To provide support for compliance review of marketing materials
  • Experience in FINRA & SEC Marketing Rules
  • The materials include Generic pitchbook, Custom pitchbook, Quarterly reports, Media communications, RFI/RFP and DDQ etc.
  • Client uses ACA's Compliance Alpha tool for the reviews
  • Workflow involves compliance review and approval of marketing materials on the tool with adherence to specific TAT requirements - 48 hours for rush and 72 hours for standard reviews
