Job Overview:

Branch Manager Role

As a key member of our organization, the Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability. This includes overseeing sales operations, managing distributor and dealer relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth & Sales Management:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
    • Implement pricing and incentive policies to maximize profits.
    • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Branch Operations & Administration:
    • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including billing, collections, stock management, and logistics.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial discipline, and reporting standards.
    • Maintain branch profitability and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the branch sales and support team.
    • Provide training on products, software solutions, and sales processes to enhance team performance.
    • Set performance targets and evaluate staff based on defined KPIs.
  • Customer & Market Engagement:
    • Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers.
    • Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
    • Conduct market research and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure all transactions adhere to company compliance and regulatory frameworks.
    • Prepare and present MIS reports, branch performance data, and sales forecasts.
    • Coordinate with headquarters for approvals, support, and escalations.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in branch P&L management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in competitive markets.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or MBA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Branch Management.
  • Experience in biometric devices, IT hardware, security systems, or B2B distribution is an added advantage.
