Role Description:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with a strong background in performance marketing. You will be accountable for achieving client ROAS, growing their brands, retaining them with excellent service, and guiding them with timely reporting and insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other channels.
  • Take full ownership of client accounts, focusing on ROAS, growth, and retention.
  • Communicate directly with clients, ensuring timely reports, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborate with our creative and Shopify teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Meta, Google required; Snapchat is a bonus).
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills — you can explain data and strategy clearly.
  • Proven track record of delivering ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • A high-ownership mindset — you take initiative and ensure results.
  • Ability to guide clients strategically, not just execute ads.
  • Respect for deadlines, processes, and others' time.
