About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Enablement Analyst to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and timeliness of our global compensation programs and projects.

  • Provide analytical services for various global compensation programs and projects, including data management, audits, reporting, and interaction with global compensation team members and HR.
  • Support monthly and annual updates to K-C's market pricing system (MarketPay), as well as annual maintenance and audit of job data.
  • Contribute to the administration of the annual merit and incentive compensation planning in Workday to ensure accurate planning and pay calculation for payroll processing.
  • Prepare company data for submissions to compensation surveys conducted by outside companies and organization.
  • Manage compensation-related content updates for K-C's employee portal.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed in a timely manner.
  • Participate on process improvement activities associated with leveraging data and technology.

About You

We're looking for a skilled Compensation Enablement Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and making a difference. You should have 2-4 years of compensation analysis experience or related experience, and a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned projects. You should also have excellent Excel skills and the ability to work independently and assume responsibility.
