About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards and Performance Management Specialist to join our team at Atomberg Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving our performance management system, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. You will work closely with department heads to ensure consistency and fairness in performance ratings and feedback, and provide training and support to managers and employees on our performance management system. Your expertise in total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and incentives, will be crucial in ensuring our company's competitive positioning. You will also lead the planning and execution of our annual increment and compensation review cycle, providing guidance and support to HRBPs and function heads in salary increase decisions. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies regarding compensation and benefits, and prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of our performance management and reward programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the performance management system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage the entire performance evaluation process, including setting scorecards/goals, facilitating regular performance check-ins.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure consistency and fairness in performance ratings and feedback.
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management system.
  • Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of the performance management system.
  • Design and implement the company's total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and incentives.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits packages.
  • Oversee salary structure design, job evaluations, and pay scale reviews.
  • Develop variable pay philosophy aligned with company performance.
  • Monitor trends in benefits and recommend enhancements to ensure alignment with employee needs and market standards.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the annual increment and compensation review cycle.
