Total Rewards Specialist

The Total Rewards Specialist is a seasoned expert responsible for analyzing, administering, and evolving the company's total rewards philosophy, policies, processes, and practices. This role works as an individual contributor within the broader total rewards team, balancing compensation and benefits opportunities with organizational strategy, objectives, budgets, and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with internal stakeholders on company compensation policies, processes, and practices.
- Partner with internal HR teams to execute new hire offers and promotions, including salary pay ranges and benchmarking.
- Roll out Total Rewards projects and programs within a region, country, or globally.
- Engage with other Total Rewards experts to define, develop, and communicate new policies, processes, and practices.
- Audit and review internal compensation data to resolve pay disparities and misalignment.
- Perform data entry, reporting, and transaction support for the HRIS.
- Assist with researching, information gathering, benchmarking, and analyzing survey data.
- Support HR Management with various related projects.
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Seasoned understanding of compensation, benefits, and performance management principles.
- Knowledge of compensation analysis methods, including market benchmarking and salary structure.
- Understanding of performance management processes, goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Ability to handle sensitive compensation, benefits, and performance-related information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar compensation certification.
Required Experience:
- Seasoned experience in total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Experience managing employee benefits programs, including plan design, enrollment, and compliance.
- Experience using data analytics to interpret compensation and performance data.
- Experience communicating and collaborating with HR teams, senior leaders, and employees.
