You will build and maintain a network of potential candidates, fully source their histories, and build recruiting plans to bring top talent onboard. You will call, screen, and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process. You will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. You will manage onsite candidate interview experiences. You will drive the offer process, including compensation recommendations, extending offers, and closing candidates. You will work with the HR Business Partner(s) and client groups to consult on specifics for the position, leveling/compensation strategy, visa sponsorship, and market trends. You will conduct market mapping and research to stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively target and attract top talent. You will initiate and lead talent acquisition projects, such as market mapping, employer branding, and process improvements. You will promote Cornerstone as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities for growth. You will educate/train hiring managers and client management on recruiting processes, use of recruiting software systems, hiring manager responsibilities, and current market trends/realities. You will document all recruiting-related activity in the applicant tracking system.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent in the industry, while also leading talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in technology recruitment, specifically for roles such as Java/.NET Full Stack Engineers, SDETs, DevOps Engineers, and Cloud Engineers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Proven ability to keep stakeholders informed about hiring progress.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve recruitment challenges creatively.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment initiatives and projects.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with experience recruiting in the IT services or technology consulting industry. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus. Certification in HR or recruitment (SHRM-CP, PHR) is also a plus.
