Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will identify potential candidates using intricate Boolean searches, research, LinkedIn, user groups, referrals, networking, web sourcing, and management of external submissions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. You will build and maintain a network of potential candidates, fully source their histories, and build recruiting plans to bring top talent onboard. You will call, screen, and qualify candidates and assist them through the recruitment process. You will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. You will manage onsite candidate interview experiences. You will drive the offer process, including compensation recommendations, extending offers, and closing candidates. You will work with the HR Business Partner(s) and client groups to consult on specifics for the position, leveling/compensation strategy, visa sponsorship, and market trends. You will conduct market mapping and research to stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively target and attract top talent. You will initiate and lead talent acquisition projects, such as market mapping, employer branding, and process improvements. You will promote Cornerstone as an employer of choice by showcasing our culture, values, and opportunities for growth. You will educate/train hiring managers and client management on recruiting processes, use of recruiting software systems, hiring manager responsibilities, and current market trends/realities. You will document all recruiting-related activity in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

You will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology recruitment, specifically for roles such as Java/.NET Full Stack Engineers, SDETs, DevOps Engineers, and Cloud Engineers. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. You will have a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively. You will have proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. You will have proven ability to keep stakeholders informed about hiring progress. You will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You will have the ability to think critically and solve recruitment challenges creatively. You will have demonstrated ability to lead recruitment initiatives and projects. You will have a collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

You will have experience recruiting in the IT services or technology consulting industry. You will have familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. You will have certification in HR or recruitment (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
