Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in resolving production-related issues, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement application enhancements, change management, and monitoring initiatives.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure security through regular maintenance and updates.
  • Develop and maintain automated CI/CD deployment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with approximately five years of experience as an application support administrator.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft platforms and application architectures.
  • Proficiency in web servers such as IIS and Apache.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and knowledge of network protocols like HTTP and FTP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS/Azure and SSL encryption.
  • Understanding of common network protocols and debugging tools like Wireshark.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
