Job Description:

This is a pivotal role that involves designing and implementing complex business solutions utilizing advanced technologies such as AS400, RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of scalable applications with a minimum of 2-6 years of experience in the industry.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of business technology including database management and modular programming.
  • Develop comprehensive unit test cases and plans, execute testing phases, and coordinate with vendors for project implementation.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills throughout various phases of development.
  • Design and implement efficient business processes, and maintain working knowledge of database concepts and associated methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Insurance domain experience, preferably in Life insurance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure satisfactory deliveries.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a dynamic environment.
