Project Leader - Elearning Solutions

As an experienced project leader in the eLearning space, you will oversee end-to-end project execution for custom learning solutions. You'll work with global clients, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations.
  • Oversseeing full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
  • Ensuring high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments.
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists.
  • Building strong client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
  • Driving innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers.
  • Proactively managing project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution.
  • Providing clear, structured feedback to team members and stakeholders.
  • Managing project reporting, including billing and MIS documentation.
  • Engaging and overseeing third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely, quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions.
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space.
  • Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities.
