Job Title: Senior Engineer

  • Developing technical strategies to ensure technical quality and enable overall site/project objectives.
  • Executing maintenance & calibration activities and commissioning projects at site level.
  • Providing technical assistance to the function and ensuring that the best possible maintenance, repair, and/or modifications are undertaken.
  • Executing design execution and hand-over projects within cost, time schedule, quality, and functionality within technical area of responsibility.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines. Implement preventive maintenance plans in shutdown intervals according to the scheduled maintenance plan and planned corrective repairs to equipment problems.

Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects. Execute and follow up any infrastructure/civil work task in the production plant.

Supervise change-over operations for production equipment to improve productivity of equipment. Coach and motivate new team members. Responsible for personal and professional development.

Perform project HSE management and execute project safety stops/reviews. Execute projects in alignment with key local and global stakeholders. Execute projects according to life cycle costs and project schedules.

Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations.

Ensure projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation. Get permits for maintenance/calibration/projects.

Execute work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statement/procedure. Responsible for personal and professional development. Update CMMS after maintenance/calibration completion.

Document execution of calibration. Support building organizational culture in line with Sandoz V&B OTHER positions.

What you'll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in OSD Oncology facility in reputed pharmaceutical company.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience of handling containment machinery.
  • Operations Management and Execution Collaborating across boundaries Functional Breadth.
