Sales Team Leadership

We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to lead our Inside Sales representatives team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong people management skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the Inside Sales representatives team.
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs by monitoring Leads Generation, Sales volumes, Delivery Efficiency, and TAT.
- Manage the Customer Associate and Home Delivery Program to ensure high productivity.
- Drive customer relationships for Lead Generation, Customer Retention, Win-back Programs, and identifying Channel Partners.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Identify key issues and pain points of the team and provide solutions.
- Ensure implementation of operational procedures on ground.
- Review and analyze daily sales performance.
- Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor inside sales representatives performance.
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 8-14 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Strong communication, team leading, people management, accountability, organizational, and time-management skills.
