Software Release Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our end-to-end software release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce tools.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and Implement Software Pipelines for efficient deployment and testing of software applications.
  • Work with Git-based Version Control for branching, merging, and pull requests.
  • Automate Deployments across multiple software orgs, from sandbox to production.
  • Collaborate with Developers and Admins to ensure smooth release cycles.
  • Monitor and Optimize Pipeline Performance to achieve scalability, governance, and security.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar.
  • Strong Knowledge of Git workflows and repository management.
  • Experience in CI/CD Pipeline Setup and Management using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and Change Sets.
  • Good Understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
