Job Title: Site Engineer

  • Oversee daily construction activities to align with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices for a secure work environment.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Address unexpected issues during construction and offer practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Communicate project progress and address client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Engineers are expected to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
  • Effective management and coordination with various stakeholders are essential to achieving efficient progress, meeting quality and safety standards, and adhering to project plans and schedules.
  • The ability to implement and enforce safety protocols is crucial in maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills are required to address client concerns and communicate project progress effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Proficiency in construction management
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
