As a highly skilled professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of electrical systems for our large-scale construction project.

This involves overseeing high-voltage substations, managing schedules and teams, as well as designing, reviewing and preparing electrical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare electrical drawings and specifications to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee and manage 220KV and 11KV substation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment and resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track progress, ensure consistency with plans and take corrective actions to meet completion schedules.
  • Raise and verify material and erection bills to ensure transparency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with contractors, supervisors and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
  • Supervise execution work, including electrical systems, HVAC, LV systems, fire fighting and related infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with site construction managers to resolve time-sensitive, construction-related electrical issues.
  • Interpret and implement plans, specifications, drawings and engineering documents effectively.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems (220KV, 11KV substations) is essential. Proven experience in project execution, specifically in electrical systems for large-scale construction is also required.

Excellent skills in project scheduling, budget management and site progress monitoring are necessary. Expertise in interacting with contractors, sub-contractors and regulatory officials is also required.

Familiarity with multidisciplinary execution works such as HVAC, LV systems and fire fighting is preferred. Proficiency in interpreting engineering and construction documents is also required.

Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

Qualifications:

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with strong experience in Electrical Projects is required.
