About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead our integration projects end-to-end. As a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: Establish and manage the demand management and onboarding process for initiatives/projects requiring Digital Backbone integration.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects from initial planning, requirements gathering, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, effectively managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues to ensure project success.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement and refine agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, mentoring and coaching team members, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development.
  • Technical Acumen: Possess a good understanding of integration technologies, such as APIs, events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS, etc., to effectively guide technical teams and make informed decisions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives, overseeing testing, security, and compliance aspects of the integration platform.
