Senior Associate Global Access Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Global Access Strategy to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our Client Solutions and Carrier Relations department, you will be responsible for participating in quotation processes to acquire new customers and/or upsale to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing procurement of data services like IPLC, FR, MPLS, L2 circuits, Ethernet, DSL etc.
  • Manage Contracts/MSA
  • Network and cost optimization projects: Manage renewals of network deals, grooms and meet set cost reductions
  • Handle escalations from Service Delivery and operations for issues related to vendor or partner
  • Handle and negotiate billing disputes with vendors if escalated.
  • Travel if required to meet vendors and partners

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Telecom experience, 4+ years must be relevant and in international market
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Access technologies & market price points
  • Existing Relationship with international telecom carriers
  • Extensive experience in circuit price negotiations
  • Speaking of any international language is a plus point
  • Strong analytical skills
