Job Title: Estimator

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to assume the role of Estimator. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of construction processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for studying project scope in line with design requirements, validating technical specifications received from the design team, and optimizing specifications without deviating from client requirements.

Additionally, the Estimator will be tasked with validating Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and backup workings, presenting BOQs and solutions to management for approval, and checking Raise Amendments (RA bills) and final bills.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study project scope in-line with design requirements.
  • Validate technical specifications received from design team.
  • Optimize specifications without any deviation in client requirement deliveries.
  • Validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and backup workings.
  • Present BOQs and solutions to management and obtain approvals.
  • Check Raise Amendments (RA bills) and final bills.
  • Prepare budget cost analysis based on benchmark cost matrix.
  • Submit different budget options considering alternative solutions to actual design.
