Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly motivated International Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in global markets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Market Research, analyzing global market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Key responsibilities include Client Acquisition, developing strategies to attract and engage potential international clients or partners.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for Relationship Management, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Additionally, the International Sales Manager will be responsible for Strategic Planning, creating and implementing business development plans to achieve growth targets.
  • The role also involves Collaboration with marketing, sales, and other departments to align strategies and achieve goals.
  • Reporting will also be a key aspect of the role, monitoring and reporting on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry, preferably with a focus on international markets is required.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • The ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms is necessary.
  • An understanding of global hiring trends and cultural dynamics is also required.
