Role Overview:

The Influencer Program Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive loyalty program that drives engagement and retention among façade & window fabricators in small to medium-sized projects.

This role focuses on creating value propositions that go beyond price discounts, leveraging technical expertise, digital solutions, and consumer insights to enhance the capabilities of fabricators and differentiate our offerings in undifferentiated markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loyalty Program Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement initiatives focusing on technical certification, advanced training, exclusive digital resources, and collaborative innovation platforms to boost fabricator expertise and project success without relying on price discounts.
  • Drive Digital Engagement and Enablement
  • Lead the deployment of digital tools empowering fabricators to optimize project delivery and showcase professionalism and technical expertise.
  • Generate and Utilize Consumer and Fabricator Insights
  • Establish systems to capture qualitative insights from facade & window fabricators and end-users, including project & product feedback, evolving technical needs, and market trends.
  • Leverage these insights to refine value propositions such as technical support offerings, digital capabilities, and innovation initiatives, reinforcing loyalty through relevant and impactful solutions at scale.
  • Certification and Capability Building
  • Develop tiered certification programs recognizing fabricators for excellence in both technical expertise and professionalism, cementing their market leadership and reinforcing brand advocacy.
  • Support to Field Marketing Team

Program Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor engagement, gather feedback, track KPIs to produce actionable reports optimizing loyalty initiatives.
