Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor staff, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

  • Oversee daily operations and implement effective strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our organization and clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor food preparation, service timelines, portion control, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory logs, sales reports, and reconcile POS data with backend systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and share site performance updates with the central team.
  • Manage attendance and discipline of vendor staff at the site.
  • Coordinate with our tech team for app issues, device support, and updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cafeteria, hospitality, or food service operations.
  • Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred (not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with POS machines and basic tech apps.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene norms.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site position.
