Business Analyst Role

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to drive business solutions and deliver results-driven outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and mapping them to system functionalities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in techno-functional analysis, data analysis, and business analyst skills. They should have experience with Oracle PL/SQL querying databases and be familiar with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and document requirements, analyze the impact of changes, and support the business throughout the implementation process
  • Understand business requirements and map them to system functionalities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across geographies

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to working with Data Warehouses, Regulatory Reporting framework
  • Experience in Anti Financial Crime (AFC) and Transaction Monitoring is desired
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or any finance-related courses with a proven record of accomplishment in banking, shared service, or in finance industry
  • Possessing work exposure in Transaction Monitoring on different products, regions and being well versed in AML regulations
  • Experience in a Banking /Wealth management domain and/or related support functions including understanding of products, business and operational processes
  • Able to manage complex environments and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements
  • Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
