Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
  2. Perform financial due diligence on behalf of middle market companies and private equity firms.
  3. Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends.
  4. Write detailed reports to present diligence findings to clients.
  5. Work directly with Management and Managing Directors to advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
  6. Participate in developing and proposing creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  7. Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.
  8. Manage team responsibilities and proactively consult with Managers, Directors and Managing Directors.
  9. Work on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
  10. Develop relationships with current and prospective clients, identify market opportunities and articulate our value proposition.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting. You should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
