Job Title: Estate Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Estate Development Manager. This role is responsible for the overall management of real estate sales, including new client acquisition and existing clients retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Clients Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in new client acquisition and clients retention.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
