About the Role

The IT Officer position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital systems, providing user support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity compliance. This includes managing user accounts and system access, monitoring the performance of our IT infrastructure, and escalating any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts and system access.

  • Support the deployment of business applications and ERP systems.
  • Maintain our IT assets and ensure compliance with IT security standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Additionally, 0–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration is desirable, as is knowledge of networking, operating systems, and office productivity tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are also essential.
