Cloud Architecture Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect to join our dynamic technology team. As a Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud platform.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of cloud services, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Customize cloud platforms to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable cloud solutions.

• Integrate cloud platforms with other systems, such as marketing automation tools, ERP systems, and third-party applications, to streamline data flow and ensure data integrity.
• Design and implement data integration processes, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Collaborate with integration teams to define requirements, perform system testing, and troubleshoot integration issues.

• Lead a team of cloud developers and administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to align cloud functionality with business processes and objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert on cloud capabilities, trends, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

• Document cloud configurations, customizations, and system processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain an up-to-date system documentation.
• Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
• Analyze data trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for system optimization and enhanced user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in cloud implementation, customization, and administration.
• Strong experience with Administration, Configuration, Apex, and Solution Designing.
• Cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer.

• Experience with Containerization: Strong experience in developing containerized applications using Docker is preferred. Knowledge of Kubernetes and orchestration tools is a plus.
• Cloud Security Experience: Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience in implementing security measures, such as encryption, access controls, and auditing, is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud platform capabilities, including infrastructure as code, serverless computing, and artificial intelligence.
• Proficiency in cloud customization using declarative tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager) and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Experience with cloud integration using APIs, middleware platforms, and data integration tools.

• Solid understanding of data management and security best practices within cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of cloud professionals.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
