We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on Performance Management and Goal Management modules.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and configuring SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules, as well as integrating them with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, and Learning.
The successful candidate will also conduct fit-gap analysis, data migration, and testing, and develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.
In addition, they will stay up-to-date on SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices, and collaborate with clients to understand business requirements.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
