
Financial Payment Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of vendor payments. This involves verifying invoice accuracy against purchase orders, work orders, and contracts, as well as coordinating with site teams and procurement for invoice approvals and clarifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify vendor invoices in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure that all invoices are accurately matched to corresponding purchase orders, work orders, and contracts.
- Collaborate with site teams and procurement personnel to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
- Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts and aging reports to ensure timely payments.
- Manage statutory compliance requirements, including GST, TDS, and RERA-related documentation.
- Prepare payment schedules and manage disbursement cycles to minimize delays.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and information.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Zoho) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while working under tight deadlines.
