Indian Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Indian Cuisine Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and high standards in all aspects of Indian fine-dining cuisine. The role requires strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and innovation to support the Executive Chef in delivering authentic and high-quality Indian dishes with modern presentation.

• Work closely with the Executive Chef to plan and execute premium Indian menus, including regional specialties and chef's specials
• Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and high standards in all aspects of Indian fine-dining cuisine
• Innovate and modernize traditional recipes while maintaining authenticity
• Oversee food plating and presentation to fine-dining standards
• Maintain strict hygiene and HACCP compliance
• Control food costs and wastage, and ensure efficient use of resources
• Train and guide junior chefs in advanced cooking techniques and presentation

• 5 years of experience in reputable hotels or fine-dining restaurants
• Mastery in Indian cuisine, including North and South dishes
• Culinary degree or diploma preferred
• Strong creativity and menu development skills
• Excellent leadership and time management abilities
