Senior Business Leader

You will be responsible for evangelizing and continuously working towards organizational understanding on capabilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).

Working closely with senior leadership, you will understand business processes and propose strategic use of AI/ML to enhance business outcomes.

You will partner with functional heads to understand and solve business challenges in managing and growing their portfolio leveraging AI & Analytics solutions.

Translate business problems into analytical problems and build solutions leveraging AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end.

Develop an approach to scale AI/ML agenda at Max Life through various AI/ML solutions.

Enable business decision-making and co-create data-driven business strategies through storytelling with data and presenting insights to top business leaders.

Build and manage external relationships with cross-industry/academia forums for outside-in perspectives, seeking new and innovative approaches.

Drive AI & Analytics projects end-to-end, including conceptualization, development, implementation, and continuous monitoring.

Lead the development of a strong team of next-generation business-focused problem solvers with a culture of solution delivery, continuous learning, and experimentation.

The ideal candidate must have an MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics from top-tier institutes.

A minimum of 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles is required, preferably post-graduation.

You should be a strong collaborator with demonstrated abilities to influence and challenge conventional thinking.

Demonstrated passion for AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI through developed solutions is essential.

Hands-on experience with Analytics/ML/Deep tech/GenAI technologies and applications is necessary.

Experience with deploying AI/ML solutions in cloud environments is also required.

Your measure of success includes forming partnerships with functional leaders, influencing decision-making through data, improving operational efficiencies, and executing organization-wide initiatives.
