As a Global Coding Mentor, you will lead engaging online coding sessions for students aged 5–18. Your expertise in both block-based and text-based programming will help students build apps, websites, games, software, AI projects, and robotics solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • US Accent Certified – ability to communicate in a clear, neutral, and engaging US accent.
  • 5+ years of teaching experience in coding/programming to school or college students.
  • Strong command of both block-based and text-based programming.
  • Expertise in at least 3 of the following domains: App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI, Robotics.
  • Familiarity with educational tools, coding platforms, and online teaching technologies.
  • Deep understanding of child & adolescent learning psychology.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skills.
  • Passionate about inspiring young minds and nurturing innovation.
