Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Molykote Specialty Lubricants to Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • IDentify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, trials, and demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
  • Support customers with documentation, samples, and post-sales services.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and explore new business opportunities in the region.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–10 years of experience in technical sales to automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial zones.
  • Existing contacts and networks within the automotive industry are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
