Requirements:
  • Strong fundamentals of nonlinear FEA, optimization, and structural dynamics.
  • Fatigue life estimations and analysis of parent metal and weld connections.
  • Modal analysis expertise to analyze dynamic responses (FRF and random excitations).
  • Full vehicle level NVH studies with point mobility and local dynamic stiffness optimization.
  • Intuitive understanding of structural mechanics and problem-solving attitude.
  • Exposure to multi-body dynamics simulations with flex-body analysis is welcome.
