About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for venture capital, climate tech, and sustainability. As a key member of our investment team, you will support opportunity sourcing, market research, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Research Support: Assist in identifying potential investment opportunities through research and preliminary outreach.
  • Due Diligence Assistance: Support the team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals.
  • Investment Process Support: Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Portfolio Support: Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics and conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Help coordinate our presence at industry events and build databases of relevant ecosystem players.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields from a premier institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills specific to early-stage investments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Passion for climate innovation and sustainability.
