As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in driving growth by researching prospective clients, assisting in outreach campaigns, and supporting proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients across various industries.
  • Participate in outreach efforts (emails, calls) to generate new business leads and foster relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop compelling proposals and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  • Analyze business development activities and prepare reports to track progress and inform future strategies.
  • Engage with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing and drive mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and a keen interest in digital innovation and staffing solutions.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce).
