Role Overview

We are seeking a talented web engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications. As a critical member of our team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop highly responsive web applications that meet performance and scalability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experiences.
  • Own end-to-end delivery from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Write clean, maintainable code using modern web frameworks and tools.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in frontend development with expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and modern web ecosystems.
  • Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
  • Strong understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, etc.
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
  • A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js).
  • Exposure to internationalization, A/B testing, and analytics integration.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
