A leading solar company seeks a skilled Civil Procurement Specialist to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials for our solar projects. As a key member of the supply-chain team, you will work closely with stakeholders to procure site-level civil items locally within approved budget limits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction materials and consumables, as well as experience in procurement/supply chain of construction/renewable/industrial projects. They will be able to coordinate with the project manager to ensure timely material availability and align with the HO SCM team on procurement status, vendor approvals, and project SCM deliverables.

Key responsibilities include procuring site-level civil items, coordinating logistics, maintaining vendor databases, ensuring compliance with quality standards, monitoring material inflow/outflow, supporting material reconciliation, and resolving material shortages or delays.

Successful candidates will possess excellent coordination and negotiation skills, ability to work closely with the site team and HO SCM under tight timelines, and basic knowledge of ERP/SCM tools. A BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant SCM/procurement experience is required.
