Job Title: Structural Engineer

  • 10+ years of experience in structural engineering design for social infrastructure projects required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and oversee structural analysis, ensuring compliance with international standards.
  • Review and finalize structural designs, drawings, and detailed estimates.
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams and support capacity building.
  • Assess foundation design, load calculations, earthquake-resistant design, and durability aspects.
  • Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other specialists to ensure integrated design solutions.
  • Prepare design basis reports, structural BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Carry out site visits and monitor construction progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in structural engineering design for buildings and social infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of IS codes, IRC standards, and international guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
