The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and experience in land development, with proficiency in AutoCAD and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
  • Prepare Bill of Quantity
  • Prepare Project Estimate
  • Prepare Tender Documents and Specifications based on Drawing
  • Check Work Onsite as per Drawing
  • Monitor Site Progress Physically and Financially
  • Evaluate Quality of Material & Workmanship
  • Daily Reporting, Communication with Client and Site Engineers.
  • Cross Check Drawing with Architecture and other technical aspects
  • Weekly / Monthly Report Preparation & Presentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Civil related company (1-5 years)
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and English and Gujarati Language.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
Qualifications:
  • Diploma Civil / BTech. Civil / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
