Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

This position involves working as an infrastructure development specialist for various projects at a major transport hub. As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion and high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with contractors and architects to resolve minor design and technical details.
  • Manage local contractors to maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and progress on site.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders through charts, emails, and reports.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and manage site logistics to minimize risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, designs, and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving on-site issues effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of CAD software and willingness to learn.
