Job Role: Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this crucial customer success position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing major accounts, with technical experience in cybersecurity and excellent analytical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
  • Develop and implement success plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
  • Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) with key accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical experience in the cybersecurity field, combined with good analytical and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, with the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
