Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Sales Manager to drive business growth through sourcing new Enterprise clients and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to leverage their expertise in payments, e-commerce, fintech, and solution selling environments.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Source new Enterprise merchants by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring timely commercial and contractual closure.
  • Grow the wallet share of existing portfolios by developing strategic plans, executing effective sales strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with merchant partners.
  • Liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing, provide expert guidance on payment solutions, and facilitate the integration of these solutions into our customers' operations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), aggressive selling skills, and excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business acumen. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM software is highly desirable.

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the payments industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and navigating complex sales environments.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
